Standard Shipping Policy
Free delivery for orders over €50 in the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Monaco.
Delivery is free for orders over €110 to the rest of the world (except for giftboxes).

Delivery costs for purchases under €50 in France are€5 for colissimo without signature or at a relay point and €8 for colissimo with signature.
Delivery costs for purchases under €50 to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and Spain are €8.
The delivery charge for for purchases under €50 in the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland is €12.
Delivery costs for purchases under €110 to Canada, the USA and the rest of the world are€25.

It is possible to have your order sent by express courier. You will be informed of the cost at the time of payment.

Return Policy
You've discovered your perfume sample and you're not sure it's right for you? Don't worry: 50 and 100 ml bottles can be returned within 15 days if the box has not been opened and is in perfect condition ✨

Returns from Metropolitan France are free.
In case of a return from outside metropolitan France, shipping costs remain at your charge.
You can download your return label by clicking on this link: www.retour.sympl.fr
Then you just have to deposit the parcel at the post office. Just remember to wrap the bottle well so that it is not damaged during transport 🖤

Finally, it is not possible to return a 15ml bottle, a discovery box or a gift box.
